During our stay, the hotel provided all necessary amenities in the rooms, although there were some slight privacy inconveniences. The noise from the ice machine nearby was a bit bothersome. However, the staff was very friendly and ready to help, even though they seemed to do the bare minimum at times. The location was good, close to the airport, but being in an industrial area could be a downside. The dining experience offered nice selections and good coffee starting at 7 AM. Overall, the hotel had clean and comfortable rooms but could improve on certain aspects of service and location.
The hotel had large and clean rooms with awesome amenities, although there was a slightly stale smell. The balcony overlooking the pool was very nice. The service was outstanding, especially the calm receptionist who handled my booking. The location is excellent, being within 10 minutes of the airport, but with limited dining options. The dining experience was great with a nice selection and friendly staff. The facilities were impressive, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was clean and well-maintained, but in serious need of a remodel. The service was professional and courteous, although the early morning door knock was a bit unexpected. The location was convenient, but being out of rooms was a downside. The dining experience was enjoyable, but the extra cost was a slight disappointment.
